PostHeaderIcon Survivors of Typhoon Pablo at Compostela Valley

A local basketball game is to be organized for the benefit of Typhoon Pablo survivors of Compostela Valley and Caraga. But the organizers of this basketball tournament have agreed not to give sport trophies and medals to its winners. Instead, all participants are to donate their winnings for the cause. In this way, all of them, organizers and participants, including the sponsors and benefactors, shall be helping the survivors in their own special way. I hope this organizer in Davao City will be able to push through with their plans, as it is good

PostHeaderIcon Remembering Sendong…

Our experience during Super Typhoon Pablo only proves that if the Emano Administration just did its job and kept the people out of harm’s way at the height of the Sendong flood, there would not have been a single casualty along Cagayan River. We just can not “call it quits” for those who have perished in that dreadful flood. The river continues to wail for justice. No one is held accountable. Illegal Mining continues unabated, and the liquefied mountains can bury whole communities worst than those in New Bataan, Compostela Valley. Let this serve as a warning.

PostHeaderIcon Customized Lapen Pins

My niece who is now working at the public school, told me that at their school, a public school with over sixty five students per classroom, lapel microphones are necessary. But according to her, since she has a really well modulated voice, she didn’t need to buy one to use during her classes. That’s why, when I saw some custom lapel pins online, I asked her if one of her co-teachers could be interested. Of course I know that she won’t be as she does not need any lapel for her classes. Well, good that she gets to save on the cost of lapel mic.
